You may have felt this for a long time without having a name for it...
You sense that the old paradigms of leadership — hierarchy, competition, performance — no longer fit the person you are becoming.
You carry a vision too large to hold alone, and you've been quietly dreaming for a container that could hold it with you.
A regenerative chrysalis designed for sacred creatorship, rooted in the intelligence of nature and the synergy of embodied collaboration.
A dynamic, responsive experiencial place, to come together alongside others leaning into the practice of mycellial ways of being, relating, serving, and exchanging.
A sacred container for creatorship, community, and collective capacity-building in the threshold times we're all navigating.
The name RYZE is inspired by rhizomes, the decentralized, horizontal growth of it's roots and bold virtical growth of it's shoots.
Ryze in person gatherings are located in Cascadia, in the Columbia River Gorge, of Oregon and Washington.

What you get
May - August, 2026
Through Summer we'll meet monthly at gatherings designed to provide a taster experience of the RYZE container. We'll dip our toes in to connect, explore content from the mini-course: Seeing the Program We Inherited, and play with collaborative creativity. Attendance is open, come to one or all gatherings. RSVP required.

Beginning September 2026
In September a deeper RYZE container will open to allow for more committment, accountabiility, and vulnerability. Those wishing for this deeper dive will be invited to enter a longer-term container that includes monthly gatherings, seasonal overnights, and additional resources as determined by the group. This will be an active practice ground for embodied creatorship.

Karen's work slows everything down. She creates a container where default patterns can be recignized, the threshold can be honored, and the woman herself — her body, her wisdom, her creative power — can be reclaimed.
Her mission is to support spiritually awake women who are deeply called to contribute to the consciousness shift, release the extractive patterns of overgiving, self-abandonment, and leading from depletion — so they can reclaim genuine sovereignty in their bodies, restore right relationship with their own life force, and step into regenerative creatorship that ripples aliveness out into their families, communities, and the living world.

How surely gravity’s law,
strong as an ocean current,
takes hold of even the strongest thing
and pulls it toward the heart of the world.
Each thing –
each stone, blossom, child –
is held in place.
Only we, in our arrogance,
push out beyond what we belong to
for some empty freedom.
If we surrendered
to earth’s intelligence
we could rise up rooted, like trees.
Instead we entangle ourselves
in knots of our own making
and struggle, lonely and confused.
So, like children, we begin again
to learn from the things,
because they are in God’s heart;
they have never left him.
This is what the things can teach us:
to fall,
patiently to trust our heaviness.
Even a bird has to do that
before he can fly.
