Hello!

My name is Karen Murphy, I am a sacred adventurer, certified energy integration practitioner. conscious parenting/re-parenting mentor, & budding Threshold Crossing Guide. 

I've been sitting with the big questions since childhood and have spent 25+ years navigating the intersection of outer leadership and inner evolution.   Right now I'm deeply in the work of disrupting my own conditioned OS, crossing the threshold from the old system to the new, and feeling my way into what embodied sacred creatorship looks and feels like in this phase of collective transition. Because I believe we're most powerful when rooted within and networked with each other, I'm here to collaborate, co-create, and grow alongside fellow travelers at the threshold.
